The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) can cover up to 95% of your daily child care costs, depending on your family’s eligibility. From January 2026, eligible families can receive a minimum 3-days of subsidised care.
We are proud to welcome local families into our centre. Edge Early Learning Port Pirie childcare and kindergarten provides quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to school age. Our long day care hours and on-site parking makes pick-up and drop-off time convenient.
All meals are provided and prepared by our on-site chef. Some of the children’s favourite dishes include sweet pork stir-fry, home-made lasagne, beef sliders, and zucchini fritters with fresh salsa.
Our Teach A Rainbow educational program is a nurturing approach designed to support your child’s curiosity, creativity, and essential developmental skills.
Our qualified Educators deliver a Kindergarten program where we implement an inquiry based approach encouraging learning through play. We embed a strong focus on sustainability by teaching children to be conscious of the environment.
Developing strong relationships with our families are important to us. Relationships with our local community are equally as important. The children are involved in different community initiatives and enjoy excursions around the local community including Port Pirie Tourism and Arts Centre, the Public Library and McNally Farm at St Mark’s College.
