Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I enrol my child?

A: The first step is to tour your preferred Edge Early Learning and Preschool centre by booking a tour. This gives you an opportunity to meet our educators, explore our nurturing environment, and understand how we can provide an experience that is best suited to your child. After your tour, you’ll receive an enrolment form to secure a spot or join the waitlist.

Q: Are there places available at the centre or is there a waitlist?

A: Edge Oaklands Park takes enrolments for upcoming start dates. If you would like your child to begin soon or later in the year, we can guide you through the process. Our Family Engagement Team can tell you which rooms have spots open right now. If a place is not available when you need it, we can add your child’s name to our waitlist.

Please call us on 07 3517 0629, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 4pm AEST, and we’ll be glad to help.

Q: What is the Child Care Subsidy (CCS)?

Q: How do I apply for the Childcare Subsidy (CCS)?

A: Applying for the Child Care Subsidy is simple; however, you should apply early to ensure you are ready to receive subsidised care in time for your child’s first day at Edge Oaklands Park. To apply for the CCS:
