The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) can cover up to 95% of your daily child care costs, depending on your family’s eligibility. From January 2026, eligible families can receive a minimum 3-days of subsidised care.

Edge Early Learning Mount Barker – Grantchester Ave provides quality childcare and kindergarten programs tailored to children from 6 weeks to school age. Located in the Aston Hills community on Grantchester Ave, the purpose-built early learning centre is equipped with spacious indoor/outdoor learning areas designed for children to explore and discover new interests. The outdoor childcare areas are designed to promote nature play and are equipped with bike trikes, climbing forts, sandpits, and veggie gardens. Our passionate team of qualified educators are dedicated to providing children with a strong foundation in their early years. Iresha, our Bachelor and Masters Qualified Early Childhood Teacher, delivers an approved Kindergarten program preparing the children for school and instilling them with a love of learning.
Our Teach A Rainbow educational program is a nurturing approach designed to support your child’s curiosity, creativity, and essential developmental skills. Our in-house chef prepares morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and a late snack. We cater to all dietary requirements, and we design a balanced menu to provide children with sustained energy throughout the day. Some of the children’s favourite dishes are Butter Chicken, Fish Fillets with Salad, and Homemade Pinwheels.
