At Edge Coomera, we are passionate about making ongoing learning experiences safe, positive, and fun while also nurturing the whole child as we guide them into the next stage of development with confidence in themselves and an excitement for continued learning. I have been in the industry for over 17 years and have lived in the local area for the last 9 and it has been such an honour to be part of the amazing team at Edge Coomera after watching the centre grow from the construction stage to the beautiful centre it is today. My goal is that each family feels valued and supported and that each child feels a sense of belonging so they can create memories that will last a lifetime.
Edge Early Learning Coomera is our latest custom-designed centre which opened on February 1, 2021. The purpose-built Coomera childcare and kindergarten centre is equipped with spacious indoor learning areas filled with modern learning resources and areas for your child to read and relax.
A shared, dedicated art room located between the kindergarten and daycare rooms allows the children to develop their creativity and provides them with an outlet to express their emotions throughout the day. Our outdoor learning spaces are designed around the suburb’s natural elements and have bike tracks, a pirate ship climbing fort, water play stations and a bespoke mural featuring South American animals, designed to evoke investigation and spark lessons around the different animals.
The team at Edge provides quality childcare and kindergarten programs tailored to children from 6 weeks to school age. Our Coomera childcare centre utilises an inquiry-based approach where children learn through discovery and play. Our certified and passionate educators place importance on meaningful interactions and language to enrich their caregiving for every child. Each child also receives personalised documentation of their learning journey to support a successful transition to school.
