Hello, my name is Jess, and I am the Centre Director for Edge Morayfield East. I have worked in the sector for 11 years. As an Early Childhood professional, I love being able to make a difference in children’s lives. I am passionate about building strong relationships within my team, and this flows through the service amongst our team, families, and children. Our Educators are one big community and are committed to providing high-quality care, educational programs, and flexible care and routines. Edge Early Learning Morayfield East is a purpose-built childcare and kindergarten centre, located opposite Morayfield East State School, provides quality child care and kindergarten tailored to children from 6 weeks to school age.
The new custom-designed early learning centre features spacious indoor learning rooms with dedicated atelier art spaces that enable children to express themselves through creativity. Outdoor play spaces are equipped with bike tracks, sandpits, climbing forts, water play stations, and vegetable gardens.
Our Teach A Rainbow educational program is a nurturing approach designed to support your child’s curiosity, creativity, and essential developmental skills. It fosters social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through engaging play-based experiences.
We implement an inquiry-based approach where children are encouraged to ask questions, explore new interests and develop a love of learning through play-based experiences. This type of learning is particularly beneficial in developing problem-solving and communication skills. We aim to foster strong relationships with their peers, helping build their confidence as they move into our Kindergarten program and school.
