At Edge Early Learning Sailsbury Downs, we are passionate about developing quality early learning programs that not only give children access to state-of-the-art resources but also provide them with an enriching environment where they are encouraged to ask questions, explore new ideas and develop a love of learning through play. We are excited to be coming to your community in Salisbury Downs and look forward to inviting you and your family in for a tour as soon as we open.
Edge Early Learning Salisbury Downs is our newest childcare and kindergarten centre scheduled to open in early 2025. Conveniently located on Kings Road, the centre is only 4 minutes away from the Parafield Train Station and Salisbury Downs Primary School, as well as a short drive away from Parafield Gardens and surrounding suburbs.
The central Salisbury Downs childcare centre has been purpose-built with state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor early learning spaces and 7 rooms. Our innovative outdoor play spaces are equipped with bike tracks, sandpits, climbing forts, water play stations, and vegetable gardens to encourage children to roam, play and grow. These sensory learning opportunities encourage active learning through play whilst teaching children the importance of sustainability and the environment.
Whilst our indoor rooms have been consciously designed to encourage individual learning and collaboration. Each space aims to provide the best environment for your child’s early development fostering their creativity, imagination and curiosity.
The Edge Salisbury Downs preschool and early learning centre will provide the local Salisbury Downs, Parafield Gardens and broader Salisbury community with quality child care, day care, and kindergarten tailored to children from 6 weeks to school age.
We implement an inquiry-based approach at our Salisbury Downs childcare centre, where children are encouraged to ask questions, explore new interests and develop a love of learning through play-based experiences. This type of learning is particularly beneficial in developing problem-solving, communication skills, and setting children up for success at school.
