Little learners from six weeks to school age enjoy rich, play-based days here, supported by educators who take the time to get to know each child. Our bespoke Teach A Rainbow education program shapes every learning experience, from our nurseries through to our preschool classroom. Our team love to incorporate rich learning experiences like excursions to the Port Pirie Tourism and Arts Centre, the library and McNally Farm at St Mark’s College. Underpinning this is a routine schedule featuring yoga practice and Indigenous education alongside the 11 key learning areas of our education program.
Children from our centre commonly transition to St Mark’s College, Risdon Park Primary School, Airdale Primary School, Solomontown Primary School, and Port Pirie West Primary School, with our educators supporting them to feel at ease about starting school.
Every decision we make starts with your child’s wellbeing in mind. From our daily room routines to our ongoing safeguarding training and our commitment to the national child safety principles, we work hard to make this a place where children feel truly secure. By the time the school uniform comes out, your child will have had plenty of chances to practise the independence, resilience and friendship-forming skills that set them up for a confident start to school.
