Our early learning centre in Pimpama Village is convenient for families located in and around Ormeau, WiIlow Vale and Coomera.

We welcome children from 6 weeks to school age into our childcare and kindergarten program. In our purpose-built indoor and outdoor learning environments, qualified teachers and educators deliver Edge’s bespoke Teach A Rainbow program, personalised to your child’s interests and individual learning goals. Children learn through play every day with engaging, inquiry‑based experiences that we plan with care and communicate clearly to families. Our classrooms also benefit from art atelier rooms where children participate in the creative arts, while strengthening their imagination, emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills.

We offer year-round care with long day care hours to suit busy family schedules, and our Kindergarten program is government-approved for your peace of mind.

Our qualified team is highly experienced in early learning and builds strong, trusting relationships with children and families to support a confident start to school. Children from our centre will often go on to attend Pimpama State School, Gainsborough State School, King’s Christian College, and Lutheran Ormeau Rivers District School.

Q: What do I need to bring?

A: At Edge Early Learning Pimpama Village, we aim to make life as easy as possible for you, so we supply most of the necessities including sustainable nappies, wipes, sunscreen, and nutritious meals (breakfast through to a late snack) to ensure your child is well-cared for throughout the day. However, there are a few items that you will need to bring to ensure your child has everything they need:

  • Hat and drink bottle (supplied on enrolment)
  • Spare clothes (3 sets)
  • Any comfort items (dummies)
  • Nappy cream (requires pharmacy label)
  • Formula (pre-measured in dispenser) & baby bottles (pre-filled with water) / Breastmilk (clearly labelled)

 

Q: Where is the centre located?

A: We’re conveniently located opposite Pimpama City Shopping Centre, on the corner of Pimpama Jacobs Well Road and Village Boulevard. Plus, we offer on-site parking for added ease and accessibility.

We’re also only a 3 minute drive to King’s Christian College, 4 minutes from Lutheran Ormeau Rivers District School, and 6 minutes from both Pimpama State School and Gainsborough State School — making our location perfect for families managing school drop-off and pick-up.

Q: Do you provide food?

A: Yes! Your child will enjoy fresh, nutritious meals prepared daily by our on-site chef, using recipes developed in collaboration with accredited dietitians at The Biting Truth. Designed with growing bodies in mind, our seasonal 4-week rotating menus are designed to be age-appropriate and nutritionally balanced, aligning with the Australian Dietary Guidelines to support healthy growth and development. Featuring a variety of whole foods and culturally inspired dishes, meals can be tailored to suit individual tastes, dietary needs, and allergy requirements—ensuring every child receives nourishing meals each day.

Q: What extra-curricular activities are provided?

A: At our Pimpama day care and Kindergarten we offer a range of weekly extra-curricular activities to suit your child’s interest. These programs are optional and available for a small additional fee, giving families the flexibility to choose what suits them best.

  • Thursdays – Little Big Sport soccer program
  • Fridays – Tiny Tennis

Additionally, we offer allied health professional visits including dental and optical services, which are bulk billed for eligible families. We also warmly welcome family-arranged occupational therapists and speech pathologists to work with children at the centre.

A: At Edge Early Learning Pimpama Village, we believe open and collaborative communication is essential to every child’s learning journey. That’s why we encourage families to connect with our Centre Leadership Team and educators for face-to-face conversations about your child’s development, whenever it suits your schedule.

  • Our supervisory and senior staff complete regular Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting training.
