Our North Pimpama early learning centre is convenient for families located in and around Pimpama, WiIlow Vale, Upper Coomera and Ormeau.

We welcome children from 6 weeks to school age into our childcare and kindergarten program. In our purpose-built indoor and outdoor learning environments, qualified teachers and educators deliver Edge’s bespoke Teach A Rainbow program, personalised to your child’s interests and individual learning goals. Children learn through play every day with engaging, inquiry‑based experiences that we plan with care and communicate clearly to families.

We offer year-round care with long day care hours to suit busy family schedules, and our Kindergarten program is government-approved for your peace of mind.

Our qualified team is highly experienced in early learning and builds strong, trusting relationships with children and families to support a confident start to school. Children from our centre will often go on to attend Gainsborough State School, Pimpama State School, Pimpama State Primary College, St Joseph’s College, and King’s Christian College.

Q: What do I need to bring?

A: At Edge Early Learning North Pimpama, we aim to make life as easy as possible for you, so we supply most of the necessities including sustainable nappies, wipes, sunscreen, insect repellent, and nutritious meals (breakfast through to a late snack) to ensure your child is well-cared for throughout the day. However, there are a few items that you will need to bring to ensure your child has everything they need:

  • Hat and drink bottle (supplied on enrolment)
  • Spare clothes (3 sets)
  • Any comfort items (dummies)
  • Nappy cream (requires pharmacy label)
  • Formula (pre-measured in dispenser) & baby bottles (pre-filled with water) / Breastmilk (clearly labelled)

Q: Where is the centre located?

A: We’re conveniently located on the Old Pacific Highway, just 500m from Pimpama City Shopping Centre. Backing onto the trainline, children enjoy watching the trains go by through built in windows in the back fence. Plus, we offer on-site parking for added ease and accessibility.

Our central location in Pimpama allows us to easily enjoy local community excursions including visits to Bunnings Warehouse.

Q: Do you provide food?

A: Yes! Your child will enjoy fresh, nutritious meals prepared daily by our on-site chef, using recipes developed in collaboration with accredited dietitians at The Biting Truth. Designed with growing bodies in mind, our seasonal 4-week rotating menus are designed to be age-appropriate and nutritionally balanced, aligning with the Australian Dietary Guidelines to support healthy growth and development. Featuring a variety of whole foods and culturally inspired dishes, meals can be tailored to suit individual tastes, dietary needs, and allergy requirements—ensuring every child receives nourishing meals each day.

Q: What extra-curricular activities are provided?

A: We have a partnership with our local Gulliver’s Swim School that enables us to incorporate swimming lessons into our kindergarten program in terms 3 & 4. Living in Queensland we know how important it is to learn to swim in a child’s early years and the children love being able to spend hot summer days in the pool with their friends. Plus our families love the added convenience!

A: At Edge Early Learning North Pimpama, we believe open and collaborative communication is essential to every child’s learning journey. That’s why we encourage families to connect with our Centre Leadership Team and educators for face-to-face conversations about your child’s development, whenever it suits your schedule.
