Tucked into the heart of Elizabeth Park, Edge Elizabeth Park is a place where children are known, supported and inspired to learn each day. We’re a convenient choice for families living in the northern suburbs of Adelaide including Elizabeth Park, Craigmore, Davoren Park and Hillbank. For families exploring Elizabeth Park Kindergarten, our team is ready to welcome you and partner in your child’s confident start to school. We’re conveniently located on the corner of Yorktown Road and Ifould Road, just across the road from St Thomas More School in Elizabeth Park and 2 minutes from Elizabeth Park Primary School.
We care for children from six weeks of age until they head off to school offering long daycare hours and year-round care. Every classroom at Elizabeth Park has been designed with children in mind. Our bespoke Teach A Rainbow education program, created by Edge, turns ordinary days into layered, personalised learning opportunities aligned with the national Early Years Learning Framework V2.0, our national curriculum.
When the time comes, our Preschool and Kindergarten children head off to Elizabeth Park Primary School, St Thomas More School, Taparra Primary School and Elizabeth North Primary School with a strong sense of self and the social skills we’ve been building together.
Our children immerse themselves in our cooking experiences led by our qualified chef, and our families have peace of mind in our seasonal menu from breakfast to a late snack (all meals throughout the day are included). Everyday comforts for parents include on-site secure parking and parent pram storage which can help with the daily commute.
You’ll notice right away how seriously we take children’s wellbeing. Our safeguarding practices, frequent training and alignment with the national child safety principles mean every child here is known, protected and genuinely cared for. By the time school uniforms comes out, your child will have had plenty of chances to practise the independence, resilience and friendship skills that set them up for a confident start to school.

The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) can cover up to 95% of your daily child care costs, depending on your family’s eligibility. From January 2026, eligible families can receive a minimum 3-days of subsidised care.

Our university-qualified teacher delivers programming that encourages children to manage their emotions, develop their focus and routine learning behaviours so they’re ready to thrive at school.
Our exclusive education program uses both inquiry-based experiences and play-based learning experiences to involve the children in personalised learning across 11 key learning areas including cognitive, social-emotional, oral language and literacy, and early STEM understanding.
We encourage family involvement throughout the critical Preschool year, partnering with you to develop learning goals and monitor progress ahead of graduation.
Our exclusive education program is personalised to each child’s interests and stage of development. At our Elizabeth Park daycare and preschool, we’re guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and our play-based and inquiry-led learning experiences span 11 Key Learning Areas: STEM; creative arts, music and drama; fundamental movement and fine motor skills; sensory learning; social and emotional life-skill building, health, and wellbeing; community, sustainability and culture; Indigenous perspectives; literacy, language and numeracy.

A: The first step is to tour your preferred Edge Early Learning and Preschool centre by booking a tour. This gives you an opportunity to meet our educators, explore our nurturing environment, and understand how we can provide an experience that is best suited to your child. After your tour, you’ll receive an enrolment form to secure a spot or join the waitlist.
A: Edge Elizabeth Park takes enrolments for upcoming start dates. If you would like your child to begin soon or later in the year, we can guide you through the process. Our Family Engagement Team can tell you which rooms have spots open right now. If a place is not available when you need it, we can add your child’s name to our waitlist.

A: At Edge Early Learning Elizabeth Park, we aim to make life as easy as possible for you, so we supply most of the necessities including sustainable nappies, wipes, sunscreen, bedding and nutritious meals (breakfast through to a late snack) to ensure your child is well-cared for throughout the day. However, there are a few items that you will need to bring to ensure your child has everything they need:
