At Edge, we understand the importance of a support network to assist you in reaching your early childhood professional development goals. Our team has a wealth of hands-on industry experience and know-how to share and help you excel in your early childhood career.
Educator Support Program
We host monthly “Connections Meetings” for leadership roles such as Centre Directors, which provides a platform to discuss industry topics and operation advancements. These meetings enable our talented team of educators to stay on the cutting edge of the early childhood industry whilst receiving valuable mentorship and ongoing support in their professional development.
At Edge, we also champion our educators to reach their career milestones. All teachers are provided with additional support as they go about achieving their accreditations, traineeships, degrees or diplomas. On top of this, new Centre Directors are paired with another Centre Director during onboarding as an ongoing mentor to learn from and exchange knowledge with.
Community Hubs
Become a part of something bigger with Edge’s educator platform StoryPark. All educators at Edge are invited to join our learning community where they can ask questions, share ideas and stay up to date on everything happening at Edge. This fosters a professional culture of informed and knowledgeable educators to provide the best possible care to all children.
