Our early learning centre in Munno Para West is convenient for families located in and around Munno Para West, Munno Para, Andrews Farm and Angle Vale.
We welcome children from 6 weeks to school age into our childcare and kindergarten program. In our purpose-built indoor and outdoor learning environments, qualified teachers and educators deliver Edge’s bespoke Teach A Rainbow program, personalised to your child’s interests and individual learning goals. Children learn through play with engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences that are aligned to the national curriculum.
We offer year-round care with long day care hours to suit busy family schedules, and a school readiness focus to build your child’s confidence for a smooth transition to school.
Our qualified team is highly experienced in early learning and builds strong, trusting relationships with children and families to support a confident start to school. Children from our centre will often go on to attend John Hartley School, St Columba Junior School, Mark Oliphant College, Riverbanks College, and Xavier College.

Kindergarten Program delivered by a qualified Teacher
The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) can cover up to 95% of your daily child care costs, depending on your family’s eligibility. From January 2026, eligible families can receive a minimum 3-days of subsidised care.
Estimate SubsidyOur Kindergarten program, also referred to as Preschool, is delivered by a qualified Early Childhood Teacher and experienced educators to build school-ready skills including early literacy, numeracy, independence, self-help skills, emotional regulation, and social skills.

At Edge Early Learning Munno Para West, our bespoke education program is tailored to each child’s interests and developmental stage. It is aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), the national curriculum, and delivered across 11 Key Learning Areas ranging from STEM; creative arts, music and drama; fundamental movement and fine motor skills; social, emotional, health, and wellbeing; community and culture; Indigenous perspectives; literacy and language; numeracy; sensory; sustainability; and life skills.

A: The first step is to tour your preferred Edge Early Learning and Kindergarten centre by booking a tour. This gives you an opportunity to meet our educators, explore our nurturing environment, and understand how we can provide an experience that is best suited to your child. After your tour, you’ll receive an enrolment form to secure a spot or join the waitlist.
A: Whether your child is starting soon or at a later date, we’re here to help. Our Family Engagement Team can let you know what places are available in each classroom. If there isn’t a spot available when you need it, we can add your child to our waitlist.

A: Applying for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is easy, but it’s a good idea to apply early so you’re ready for your child’s first day at Edge Munno Para West. Follow these steps to apply for the CCS:
Once this is lodged, Edge Early Learning will input your enrolment details and lodge your application for you to get it fully processed. The Government will then notify you to confirm your subsidy eligibility and entitlement (how much they will subsidise off your childcare cost). A: You can use our easy Childcare Subsidy Calculator to get an estimate of your out-of-pocket fees for our centre. Simply input your details, and the calculator will provide an indication of your potential subsidy and fees.
A: There is no difference in the quality of our Munno Para Kindergarten program compared to a community or stand-alone kindergarten. Our program meets the Early Years Learning Framework (national curriculum) and is taught by a degree-qualified Early Childhood Teacher.

A: At Edge Early Learning Munno Para West, we aim to make life as easy as possible for you, so we supply most of the necessities including sustainable nappies, wipes, sunscreen, bedding, and nutritious meals (breakfast through to a late snack) to ensure your child is well-cared for throughout the day. However, there are a few items that you will need to bring to ensure your child has everything they need:

A: Yes! Your child will enjoy fresh, nutritious meals prepared daily by our on-site chef, using recipes developed in collaboration with accredited dietitians at The Biting Truth. Designed with growing bodies in mind, our seasonal 4-week rotating menus are designed to be age-appropriate and nutritionally balanced, aligning with the Australian Dietary Guidelines to support healthy growth and development. Featuring a variety of whole foods and culturally inspired dishes, meals can be tailored to suit individual tastes, dietary needs, and allergy requirements—ensuring every child receives nourishing meals each day.
A: Yes! Discover flexible childcare with our annual holiday discount offering 30% off* the daily fee for up to 4 weeks per year.
*The Edge Early Learning holiday discount entitles enrolled families to up to 4 weeks of holiday discount per year when the family provides a minimum two weeks’ notice in advance of the holiday. One week of holiday equates to the number of days in your child’s permanent weekly booking. Once your holiday discount is approved by your Centre Director, the Edge Centre Support Team will apply a 30% discount to the daily fee during the holiday period. Up to four weeks total holiday discount per enrolment per year.
