The Leading Edge

Take your leadership to new heights.

In 2020 we launched “Leading Edge”, a Leadership Program tailored to our Centre Directors. It focuses on connecting regularly to share knowledge and empower each Director to maintain innovation, strength and leadership within their individual teams.

The program launched with a weekend away at Sanctuary Cove Resort on the Gold Coast, with keynote motivational speakers that left the team feeling inspired and united. Centre Directors now catch up virtually, once a week, to discuss their chosen topics and support each other in the implementation of new ideas for continuous improvement.

In 2021 Centre Directors will get together for their first Professional Development Session of the year, focusing on mental health and wellbeing for managers.
